Our Cauliflower program is a year-round program, offering both jacket trimmed and clear wrapped options.

  • January – March: Florida/Western
  • April – June: Western
  • July – October: Canada
  • November: New York
  • December: Florida

All product is pre-cooled and inspected at the field and cooler level.
